Night Terrors Productions is capable of forming custom 2x2 molds using ABS or HPS plastic. We are currently making bookshelves for our library scene and animatronic bodies.

This is the almost finished, new vacuform machine!
The heating element covers every square inch of the material being heated.
The frame is raised and lowered by two pneumatic cylinders. A vacuum pump
and tank pull the plastic down at a controlled rate.
We can build a 2x2 vacuform machine for purchase, as well as your custom molds.
